Project example: Test system for active speed sensors
Programming and final measuring stations for active electronic speed sensors fully integrated into the assembly line
with automatic sensor recognition.
Measurements performed:
- Current consumption of the quiescent current
- Hold time in case of interruption of power supply
- output capacitance
- magnetic field direction
- Minimum and maximum signal voltage
- Measurement of the switching points and determination of the angle error in static and dynamic mode
- Programming and control of sensor output signal as function of pulse wheel position
