Series test bay for traction motors with new software generation
Supply of a fully automatic production test bay for three-phase drive technology.
The test specimens are traction motors with a nominal output between 80 and 500 Kw, which are tested when running idle. The installation's output is 415 kVA.
Other technical equipment:
- Supply for test specimen based on switch gear with a programmable controller with a frequency converter, sinus filter and fixed-ratio transformer
- Two voltage ranges 0..600 V and 0..2800 V
- Measured values recorded by means of high-precision power analyser
